Scouty: Over Christmas break she managed to hurt her elbow while rollerblading one day....which she blames me for - my idea to get out for a nice time exercising on the trail by our house - how was I suppose to know she would fracture her elbow??? Well...almost fracture it...turns out she really "almost" dislocated it, which caused it to swell and bruise. Thank goodness there wasn't a cast involved!! She was out of school for three weeks on Christmas break and is now back ....she still loves it. We are taking a break from sports right now...t-ball season is around the corner! She has had one piano lesson from Grammy....before she hurt her arm...we need to start that back up again...for now she plays original songs by Scout :)
Pearce: No injuries to report for P...well...no major injuries...she is pretty rough. Pearce is now 5...still loving school...has excellent handwriting (something she is very proud of)...and really wants a dog. Scout has threatened to "move out" if that ever happens, but Pearce keeps asking for one. She has started working on her throwing and hitting for t-ball season...yes...they have already started practicing at our house...remember who their daddy is:) Pearce is a great mix...she can be girly-girl, but also very sporty....LOTS of energy!
Jentry: Getting closer to being potty trained!! One of her teachers said today that she should start wearing "big girl panties" to school....I have to give all the credit to her teachers...I've not had to do much...now that I think about it...it has been the same teacher train all three of the girls! I love Kid's University!! JJ continues to talk more and more...she keeps us laughing with some of the things she says...especially when she prays....and her new thing to say is - "you're nakub" (naked) followed by tons a laughing...not sure where she got that, but loves to say it! (and by the way...we aren't walking around the house naked...she mostly says it when Justin has his shirt off)
Hopefully in the near future we'll have some more exciting things to post...it has been pretty normal around here lately :)
